Has water: Water is present, even if the flow is very weak.
No water: The source is dry; there is not enough water to fill a cup.
Water source not found: Neither the source nor any trace of it can be found. This may indicate a mapping error.
Use your own judgment. Consider the source in its local context. A “good” rating does not guarantee that the water is safe to drink. Water that would be considered poor in mountains with crystal-clear streams may still be valuable in a desert if it can be made safe through appropriate treatment.
Access limited: Access is restricted, hazardous, or requires special equipment.
Littered: There is rubbish around or inside the source.
Broken: The source is severely damaged or no longer functional.
