Registration helps establish a reputation for each contribution. Without an account history, other users may not know whether they can trust an anonymous report.
A history of your reports helps us assess their reliability and make the necessary changes to OpenStreetMap.
You will also have a personal page with all your reports, and you will be able to update or delete them.

Has water: Water is present, even if the flow is very weak.

No water: The source is dry; there is not enough water to fill a cup.

Water source not found: Neither the source nor any trace of it can be found. This may indicate a mapping error.

Use your own judgment. Consider the source in its local context. A “good” rating does not guarantee that the water is safe to drink. Water that would be considered poor in mountains with crystal-clear streams may still be valuable in a desert if it can be made safe through appropriate treatment.

No access: The source is locked, located behind a wall, or otherwise inaccessible.

Limited access: Access is limited by seasonal or time restrictions, hazards (such as a steep slope or dense vegetation), or the need for special equipment (such as a bucket for a well).

Littered: There is rubbish around or inside the source.

Ruined: The source is severely damaged or no longer functional.
